Front Desk Receptionist
(Full Time or Part Time)

- Reports directly to the Administrative Supervisor & Assistant Director
- Answering phone calls
- Booking lessons
- Checking-in players
- Processing payments
- Up-selling additional services and/or merchandise
- Providing exemplary customer service
- Answering all e-mail communications
- Making daily confirmation calls
- Updating our online booking system
- Assisting our coaches with any questions they may have
- Filing and maintaining client files and forms
- Providing the directors with daily reports of events each day
- Understanding and following the Policies and Procedures set forth by the Kim Grant Tennis Academy

Qualifications :
- 1+ years working in an office environment / customer service
- High School Diploma
- Tennis background is not required but preferred
